    The instructions aren’t in English but if you have a smart phone just scan it to translate. It requires a battery to use. It vibrates against the skin to help lift and tighten. Has different attachments for the face too. Honestly I like it. After the first time I used it my face felt instantly tighter and lifted. Will def keep using.
