Delivery to Almaty 14 days. The eyeliner is normal, I don’t know yet about durability, I haven’t tried it yet. I bought such eyeliner many years ago, it has not dried up yet, you can use it, it is easy to apply, it just erases quickly, so I fix it with shadows from above. The brush is uncomfortable.
